- 5+ years of experience in leading, supervising, and developing high-performance teams.
- Minimum 6 years of industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulations and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
