The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent in the technical area. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within various organizations at HP, as well as providing advice to hiring managers on the hiring process.

**Responsibilities: **

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within various organizations at HP
  • Develop relationships with key leaders at the top of a business unit
  • Understand the business/culture/processes and key people who will be involved in the hiring processes
  • Drive greater career movements across HP by proactively sourcing from HP internal talent pool
  • Provide advice to hiring managers on the hiring process and ensure that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policies

**Qualifications:**

  • First-level university degree preferred
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experienced in sourcing, recruiting, and closing hard-to-find, passive professionals
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment external market practices and trends in the technical area
  • Solid experience and advanced skills in sourcing on job boards and social media outlets
  • Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze new solutions and long-term needs and solutions
  • Ability to build partnerships across various businesses. Ability to work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with clients, employees and HR colleagues
  • Strong consulting skills
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking systems - WorkDay Recruiting experience a plus

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
