- Work closely with the development team to schedule work and build project roadmaps.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders in a comprehensive and professional format.
- Assist development managers and teams in resolving blockers and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure all project parties are informed of project details, dates, priorities, and statuses.
- Oversee project timelines and costs, monitoring and controlling all project stages.
- Improve project processes, streamline workflows, and optimize project management tools.
- Minimum 7+ years' experience as a project manager or related role on complex technical projects at a software company.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.
- Technical background and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Tenacious, self-motivated individual who can effectively distill complex project details into actionable plans.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
