Latin America Channel Growth Specialist

We're looking for a results-driven Latin America Channel Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion within our Corporate and Enterprise partner accounts in the LATAM region.
Responsibilities:- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at our partner organizations, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and tactics.
- DRIVE GROWTH AND EXPANSION: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close agreements that meet or exceed targets.
- MANAGE RENEWALS AND RETENTION: Proactively manage renewal cycles, ensuring seamless contract extensions and maintaining healthy relationships with our existing partners.
This role requires 5-7+ years of experience in software/SaaS business-to-business environments, with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement. A strong understanding of CRM applications, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are essential.
