Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related work experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and quality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
