Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a Product Owner Sales Enablement to maximize the value of the Sales Organization via Sales Performance Management and Project Management processes and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize the value of the Sales Organization via Sales Performance Management and Project Management processes and platforms.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to support Sales Performance Management and Project Management.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap to align with key business objectives.
  • Define key operational processes, such as the product release schedule, to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives.
  • Allocate funds to backlog items and define work priorities for individuals dedicated to the product team.
  • Define the full lifecycle of a portfolio of work from innovation activities through new features, continuous improvement, system health, and support.
  • Work directly with analysts, engineers, and other product team members to execute the product roadmap and guide the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-10 years of experience as an analyst, project manager, engineer, or program lead on moderate to highly complex technology projects and programs
  • Demonstrable understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes
  • Practical knowledge of and experience working within agile scrum and/or Kanban delivery teams
  • General understanding of DevSecOps principles
  • Familiarity with modern technology architecture principles, including APIs, microservices, and cloud services
