- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to support Sales Performance Management and Project Management.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap to align with key business objectives.
- Define key operational processes, such as the product release schedule, to ensure efficient delivery.
- Work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives.
- Allocate funds to backlog items and define work priorities for individuals dedicated to the product team.
- Define the full lifecycle of a portfolio of work from innovation activities through new features, continuous improvement, system health, and support.
- Work directly with analysts, engineers, and other product team members to execute the product roadmap and guide the product development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-10 years of experience as an analyst, project manager, engineer, or program lead on moderate to highly complex technology projects and programs
- Demonstrable understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes
- Practical knowledge of and experience working within agile scrum and/or Kanban delivery teams
- General understanding of DevSecOps principles
- Familiarity with modern technology architecture principles, including APIs, microservices, and cloud services
