The office operates from Monday to Friday, from 7am to 4pm, providing a modern work setting with opportunities for growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls as necessary
  • Providing customer service and assistance in department-related inquiries
  • Directing customers to relevant departments
  • Filing essential paperwork

Position Overview:

3 Tone Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator/Customer Service Liaison to oversee daily front desk operations, including answering phones, handling customer service inquiries, placing orders, coordinating with departments, and other responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be professional, friendly, and possess a great personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other related software

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience.

Work Location:

This is an on-site position, requiring regular attendance at our office location.
