About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager - Retail to join our E-commerce and Retail Sales team in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the E-tail and Retail Division, reporting to the Mexico E-tail and Retail Sales Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Manage promotional and planning activities to ensure successful category delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple Retail and Online customers.
  • Develop customer business plans and utilize marketing, trade, and category management resources to grow business with customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in consumer products or technology, E-commerce, and traditional retail.
  • Proven success as a sales representative, consistently exceeding revenue goals at a high-growth company.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating across global sales organizations.
  • Collaborative approach, able to work cross-functionally with different sales teams and business functions.
  • Track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models.
  • Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying/capitalizing on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, adept at maintaining business plans, leading through key metrics, and delivering results.
  • Scrappy, hands-on approach and willingness to do what is needed to support and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility.
  • Innovation mindset, willing to try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks to grow revenue.

  • Negotiation Skills: Advanced negotiation skills, including experience in complex deal structures and strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and derive actionable insights.
