**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Manager to join our team at Ith Icoserve. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our automotive customers in the northern region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the Siemens Digital Industries portfolio of products and services in the northern region to help automotive customers take advantage of our solutions more effectively.
  • Analyze and evaluate markets (both product and services portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers to identify additional sales potential.
  • Develop customer-specific global strategies and integrate new solutions from our growing portfolio into the customer landscape.
  • Work with customers to create tailor-made solutions particularly in the engineering and production environments, including all related domains.
  • Execute sales targets for direct, indirect, local, and international business.
  • Implement activities and measures at dedicated accounts to increase sales and achieve defined commercial targets.
  • Develop short and long-term sales strategies in the field of Siemens Digital Industries Strategy in region North.
  • Stay up-to-date on the technical features of our products' portfolio and generate new business opportunities through tracking investments.
  • Deliver on quarterly and annual numbers while maintaining focus on competition, customer, and technology landscapes to form a strategic near- and long-term outlook.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with customers and uncover customer desired objectives or needs.
  • Coordinate workshops and events related to the portfolio of products and services.
  • Support other account managers with specific product knowledge.
  • Participate in orders and revenue business planning.
  • Support the overall assigned KAM organization and plan sales volumes and potential of key targeted customers.
  • Support strategic key customers' business development.
  • Orchestrate teams both local and international, including internal interfaces like presales, services, product management, technical specialists, and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of a pre- and after-sales service that is focused on customers' needs.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience dealing with customer organizations at different departments.
  • Secure and sovereign behavior dealing with C-Level.
  • At least 5 years of working experience, including experience handling complex business relationships and working within cross-functional teams/processes to achieve goals.
  • Strong ability to build solutions across multiple partners in complex relationships.
  • Experience in automation and industrial software solutions and any other related field.
  • Knowledge of the Mexican automotive market.
  • University degree.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English language knowledge.
  • Interpersonal skills.
