Job Summary:
The Healthcare Support Specialist will assist clients with medical concerns and records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with medical concerns and records, providing accurate and timely documentation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client support.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance client experience.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration).
- At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in an international voice account setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules.
