Job DescriptionAs a Technical Support Representative L2, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting RingCentral Unified Communications issues
- Providing Enterprise-level technical support to customers
- Troubleshooting and reproducing customer technical issues to resolution and/or escalation
You will apply expert knowledge of RingCentral services and VOIP technology to provide effective solutions to our customers. Your goal will be to ensure seamless integrated UC platforms and high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years experience in customer-focused/customer experience roles handling VOIP/Telephony Accounts
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS, etc.
- Expertise in VOIP technology including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs for at least 2 years
