The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can prospect and acquire new clients in the healthcare industry. As a Healthcare Sales Director - Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our healthcare products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Utilize market research and lead generation techniques to identify potential clients within the healthcare industry.
  • Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of prospective clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with advancements, trends, and changes in the healthcare industry.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our healthcare products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales-related tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience selling healthcare technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare solutions.

Established network and relationships within the healthcare industry.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.
