We are currently seeking an Oracle Cloud Solutions Project Manager for exciting cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage all project management plans, including Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, and Quality management plans.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project plans and milestones.
  • Manage project schedules and resources.
  • Team Management:
    • Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Identify and allocate resources required for the project, including personnel, technology, and budget.
    • Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure they align with financial constraints.
  • Implementation and Execution:
    • Oversee the implementation of Oracle solutions, including software deployment and integration.
    • Ensure that Oracle solutions are configured and customized according to project requirements.
    • Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and user training.
    • Conduct various reviews and sign-off workshops.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience (Oracle).
  • Minimum 2 years of consulting experience.
  • Minimum 2 full-cycle software implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle software implementations.
  • Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud tech components (Customizations, integrations, reports).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Oracle Implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with any of these: SOA, OIC, OTBI, VB, FAW.
  • Intermediate English (B1/B2).
