About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Host to join our team in Cancún, Mexico. As a key member of our operations team, the Airport Host will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience, ensuring seamless transitions, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our guests at the airport, providing personalized service and ensuring a smooth transition to our drivers.
  • Work closely with our Touring and Fleet teams to resolve customer service issues and provide corrective and preventive measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track actual flight arrival and departure times to ensure timely meet and greet services.
  • Complete daily customer reports and submit to the Operations team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable first impression for our guests.
  • Ensure that all guests receive welcome information and that contact information is retrieved from guests without an IDS Host.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent in national local language and English.
  • Experience working in in-destination airport logistics is an advantage.
