Senior Manager, Operations Excellence

The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and cultural transformation within Regal Rexnord. This individual will focus on enhancing operational systems, process orientation, and delivering tangible results through strong communication skills, motivational leadership, and a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Systems Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance operational systems and processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements throughout the organization.
- Cultural Transformation: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a mindset of innovation, accountability, and excellence at all levels of the organization.
- Process Orientation: Implement methodologies and tools to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows across various departments and functions.
- Results-Focused Approach: Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, measure success, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, gain buy-in for initiatives, and drive change management efforts.
- Motivational Leadership: Inspire and motivate teams to actively participate in continuous improvement efforts, recognizing and celebrating successes, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Regal Rexnord seeks a highly qualified candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement leadership roles, with a focus on driving cultural transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational systems and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Total Quality Management.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering tangible results through continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Motivational leadership style, with the ability to inspire teams, build consensus, and drive change in a collaborative manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, analyze data, and develop practical solutions.
- Project management experience, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor continuous improvement projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Proven ability to navigate and drive change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving sustainable improvements over the long term.
