The RoleWe're seeking a talented Growth Product Manager to join our Global Product team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and engagement across our active markets. Your primary focus will be on building and scaling our MarTech capabilities, including performance marketing, customer attribution, lifecycle marketing, and customer referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global growth strategy across multiple focus areas, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Build and scale the core global growth infrastructure, including capabilities for managing customer data, multi-channel communications, and market-specific referral programs.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Establish and track comprehensive product performance metrics to assess the impact of growth and engagement initiatives.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to identify key customer pain points and implement high-leverage opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong customer-facing background in mobile apps, finance, or related industries.
- Familiarity with leveraging third-party technology for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Strong data fluency and ability to consume modern analytics tools.
