Job Summary

We're seeking a highly analytical and proactive Growth Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales pipeline performance and optimize funnel conversion.
  • Conduct TAM triangulation to size and qualify our total addressable market in each vertical.
  • Build a headcount forecast of the number of salespeople needed by vertical and create territories for the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to design and launch growth experiments across verticals.
  • Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions with relevant leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative business degree with strong academic achievement.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in strategy, finance, or business operations functions.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
