We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director - LAN Solutions Architect to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and owning the strategy, roadmap, design, specifications, standards, reference architecture, and artifacts for all solutions in the areas of LAN (Wired and Wireless) and LAN Segmentation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology solutions to enable long-term success, understanding and translating enterprise needs into actionable plans.
  • Develop Campus Network roadmaps and strategy, aligning technology and service roadmaps with various domain architects.
  • Drive new technology/product/solution evaluations, providing leadership in the identification of specific technology standards for Global Campus Network.
  • Lead product/solution Proof of Concept with other domain architects/engineers.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Strong, hands-on experience working on complex and large-scale network setups, largely in an engineering role.
  • Over 4 years of experience in designing and solutioning wired and wireless networks for campuses.
  • Deep understanding of network concepts, routing and switching protocols, and design best practices.
  • Strong exposure and experience with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto technology stacks.
  • Priority to CCIE LAB Cleared candidates in one of the listed domains: Enterprise Wireless; Enterprise Infrastructure.
