Job Title: Human Resources Associate Director Mexico

This role will serve as a trusted business partner to the leaders of the business in Mexico, implementing best practices and managing initiatives to support business strategy and growth through successful delivery of the HR agenda.

The role will involve working closely with the HR Centres of Expertise (COEs), Talent Advisors, and HR Services to manage employee relations, HR operations, organisational effectiveness, performance management, talent development, and total rewards while ensuring seamless delivery to the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the HR function in Mexico, providing guidance on organisational design and relevant HR change management matters.
  • Establish and embed HR solutions and ways of working while continuously improving service levels.
  • Provide case management advice on key areas such as disciplinary, performance management, redundancy, long-term illness, and other ER issues.
  • Work with managers to provide effective coaching on managing performance and disciplinary issues, ensuring actions meet company and legislative requirements.
  • Implement talent programmes, providing guidance and counsel to local leaders on matters related to talent development, organisational change, and employee engagement.
  • Manage the annual salary, bonus, and level change process, assisting managers and leaders in compensation and level determinations and related communications to required governance standards.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as a HR Partner providing a commercially focused and pragmatic support to business leaders.
  • Experience of working within a global corporate environment.
  • Strong evidence of partnering with senior business leaders on employee relation issues and effective stakeholder management.
  • Experience of managing restructure projects and change management initiatives would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and operate well in a team.
  • Understanding and experience of operating in a Global matrix environment.
