Job Title: Associate Director of Sales

Accorhotel is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve budgeted revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive top-line revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Develop and implement a marketing communications plan to achieve desired positioning for the hotel
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to support revenue attainment
  • Identify and research potential accounts/clients and prospect for new business opportunities
  • Use property's computerized sales management system to manage the hotel's business
  • Act as the hotel's voice of the customer and communicate key issues/concerns at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience as Group Sales Manager, with prior hotel sales experience
  • Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management
  • Proficient in managing/using PMS systems
  • Experience working collaboratively with revenue management
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all market segments and channel sources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
