**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecs Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of IT Project costs and ensuring timely cross charges from various IT teams and vendors.

**Responsibilities**

  • Track cross charges from different IT teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of ECS project costs.
  • Coordinate requests and follow up of various services, including Purchase Orders, Good Receipts, and accruals, as well as T&E tracking for ECS.
  • Understand AOP and Forecast for ECS investment and baseline projects, including Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Global Procurement.
  • Request and follow up financial services, such as accruals, journey entries, and Good Receipts.
  • Request and follow up procurement services, including shopping carts, Purchase Orders creation, and adjustments.
  • Track T&E for ECS and execute expenses reports for ECS Directors.
  • Track invoices from vendors and manage collections.
  • Manage vendor relationships and understand Statement of Work processes to advise ECS team members.
  • Work orders Management for staff augmentation and assign tasks to Managers for tracking.
  • Manage accruals.

**Requirements**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
  • Experience: 2+ years in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Forecasting.
  • 2+ years in Vendor Management, including Statement of Works, invoicing tracking, and relationship management.
  • Tech skills: Planning, organization, and control, Basic Finance knowledge, SAP Concur usage, and Fieldglass usage.
  • Non-tech skills: Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to collaborate, and persistence.
  • Competencies: Strong networking skills, influence others, verbal and written communication, and risk management.
