Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Basis Consultant to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery Technical Operations team. As a Senior Basis Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24x7 availability of SAP systems running on SAP ECS. You will support, troubleshoot, and resolve alerts and incidents, and seek opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot SAP systems running on SAP ECS
  • Resolve alerts and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Streamline standard operating procedures through automation
  • Collaborate with other roles such as Major Incident Manager, Level 3 support, and Managed Service Providers

Requirements

  • Experience in SAP Basis NetWeaver (ABAP and Java Basis administration) and Non-NetWeaver technologies
  • Experience with HANA DB and Linux and Windows operating system platforms
  • At least 8 years of working experience with SAP Basis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability to tackle complex problems in IT operations
  • Experience of handling operations for IT systems hosted in the cloud
