Se busca un Housekeeper-Public Area para limpiar las duchas y los baños públicos y de los empleados. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en limpieza y mantención de áreas públicas y estará dispuesto a trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

Responsabilidades

  • Limpiar las duchas y los baños públicos y de los empleados.
  • Limpiar los vidrios en las áreas públicas y de los empleados.
  • Limpiar las superficies de los pisos en los espacios públicos y de los empleados mediante la utilización de productos químicos, provisiones y equipo designados.
  • Sacudir el polvo de las superficies en las áreas asignadas.
  • Vaciar los recipientes de basura, los ceniceros y las urnas para cenizas que se encuentran en las áreas públicas en los contenedores adecuados.
  • Inspeccionar el estado de los muebles y comprobar que no existan roturas, rasgones ni manchas e informar los daños.
  • Limpiar y mantener las luces.
  • Colocar señales de precaución para reducir el tráfico cuando sea necesario.
  • Contactar a otros departamentos directamente en caso de necesitar reparaciones urgentes.
  • Atender rápidamente las solicitudes por parte de los huéspedes y de otros departamentos.
  • Identificar e informar problemas preventivos o de mantenimiento en áreas públicas o en las habitaciones de los huéspedes.
