**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Collection Specialist to join our team in Culiacan. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our customers access the full power of their specification data.

**Job Overview:**

As a Data Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts and tracking outreach, data collected, and progress. You will utilize Google Translator to translate information received that is not in your native language(s) and diligently update Excel data collection tracking logs to continuously track the progress of our service.

**Responsibilities & Duties:**

- Follow a repeatable process that includes the outreach to suppliers, tracking of activity/data received, and reporting out to your manager any services that need escalation
- Utilize advanced communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex information
- Diligently maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data collections

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Applications
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities
