Clinical Nutrition Sales Specialist

Baxter is a global leader in medical innovations, and we're seeking a talented Clinical Nutrition Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in Galicia, Asturias, Leon, and the Canary Islands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision-makers within the Healthcare sector
- Educating Healthcare professionals to ensure the adoption of Baxter products, optimizing patient outcomes
- Managing complex sales cycles across the breadth of the decision-making unit
- Navigating the Capital Sales Process within Public and Private Hospitals, creating opportunities for growth in an environment with limited resources
- Developing and reviewing territory business plans aligned with a National strategy and identifying local opportunities
- Building collaborative relationships to grow the existing business base by differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competition
- Sales data and market analyses to inform activity and ensure a focused and results-driven return on time
- Forecasting, identifying opportunities, and pipeline into the forecast to inform manufacturing and supply forecasting
- Driving the tender management process, including pre-tender focused activity and tender submission
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in Life Sciences or Business
- Knowledge of tenders and deal structuring
- Ability to build business cases
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales
- Relevant experience working in or around the Hospital Healthcare Sector
- Strong sales background or high-level knowledge aligned to the relevant therapy area
- Knowledge of hospital dynamics and decision paths, capital funding mechanisms
- Intermediate level of English communication skills
- Resourceful IT user
- Flair for working with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
