As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and resolving any issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide order fulfillment by accurately and timely entering customer purchase orders and return requests.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer expedite inquiries.
- Investigate and implement corrective actions for billing and delivery holds on orders.
- Adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts in daily operations.
- Provide professional and accurate information in response to customer phone inquiries.
About You
We are looking for a team player with a great personality, excellent phone and communication skills, and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving. If you have 2-3 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing industry, and possess good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.
