**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of campaigns and events for TeamViewer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage all stages of company events, from conception to execution, including creating event briefs, content, work back schedules, budgets, and reporting on event post-mortems.
  • Plan and execute small and large in-person events, including maintaining post-event surveys and NPS scores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce branded landing pages, registration forms, event creative, pre- and post-event communications, content creation, and presentation material.
  • Create and manage all ticket submissions and briefs for each event.
  • Oversee requirements for lead-nurturing follow-ups and workflows in Marketo.
  • Track and report on all events through dashboards, project plans, milestones, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • Full fluency in English language, both written and oral.
  • Additional language fluency in Spanish, German, Portuguese, or French is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent oral and written professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little day-to-day leadership oversight.
  • Metrics-focused and able to learn marketing tools to automate the lead generation process.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. Marketing, Communications, etc.) required.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing; experience in demand/lead generation preferred.
