Leadership Role in Manufacturing Operations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a general NulRel strategy across all value streams, ensuring a result-oriented and continuously improving approach. This involves conducting regular meetings with value streams and production supervisors to ensure proper delegation of tasks and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive NulRel strategy, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize projects, ensure timely completion, and maintain high product quality standards.
  3. Support and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  4. Coordinate production leveling schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  2. Strong understanding of movement and time management principles.
  3. Knowledge of ergonomics and problem-solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin).
  4. Excellent communication and moderation skills, with the ability to handle people and conflicts effectively.
  5. Advanced English proficiency and a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
