- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on monitoring and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Dynatrace and other monitoring tools, including scripting languages such as Java, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud-based monitoring and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with customer service and support.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
