Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Conair, a leading producer of auxiliary equipment for plastics processing. As a Field Service Technician, you will provide technical support to customers, both onsite and remotely, to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform startup, repair, and preventative maintenance service work at customer sites.
  • Apply troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve problems during repairs, startups, and assessments.
  • Arrange, schedule, and perform travel to and from jobsites, including international locations within Latin America.
  • Document all actions, including service and expense reports.
  • Provide technical telephone support for customers, Sales, and other technicians, researching and securing answers to problems.
  • Conduct plant-floor training classes for customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Practice Conair service ethics concerning safety, attitude, appearance, conversation, and quality of work.
