We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual with strong writing, organizational, and time management skills. You'll work strategically with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to leverage our library of RFP/Tender content, templates, and processes, optimizing proposal content repositories for efficiency and quality.

This role involves internal collaboration with teams like product, marketing, legal, and sales, with occasional direct customer or prospect engagement. You'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding requirements and managing end-to-end processes for RFPs/Tenders and procurement documentation
  • Executing an intake process for RFPs/Tenders with Go-to-Market (GTM) stakeholders
  • Driving contributors to timelines and ensuring completion of proposals
  • Utilizing the content repository to complete responses where there are gaps in available content, engaging appropriate stakeholders to create the response
  • Ensuring proposal documents follow standard company formatting and quality standards, including consistent branding for all company-specific documents
Key Responsibilities and Outputs

You'll be working on:

  • Proposal & Response Management: Understand requirements, manage end-to-end processes, execute intake processes, drive contributors, utilize content repositories, and ensure proposal document quality
  • Content Management: Provide input into content repository structure design, optimize repository structure for ease of access, security, and data integrity, work with internal stakeholders to maintain master documents sets, collaborate with SMEs to promote adherence to processes, consolidate information provided by SMEs, and schedule regular reviews of the content repository
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of our product set, understand the value proposition provided to customers, understand how our products fall into the marketplace and with competitors, focus on quality continuous improvement, possess good interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, prioritize own workload, work independently, and perform under pressure to tight deadlines

As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • 2+ years' experience as a bid writer, tender coordinator, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Organizational skills, including accuracy, timeliness, and detail orientation, with the ability to work well while managing multiple activities and meeting established goals
  • Excellent writing, editing, and reviewing skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Understanding of tender processes, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (docs, sheets, slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Higher Education level, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work local hours for the NOA/EMEA regions
