**Role Overview**:

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and CEO at Boldr. Your primary responsibilities include managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics. You will also handle travel arrangements, personal administrative tasks, and ad-hoc projects. Additionally, you will maintain confidentiality, foster a positive work environment, and establish a feedback loop with the Chief of Staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  1. Manage and organize the CEO's and COO's calendars, scheduling and confirming meetings across multiple timezones
  2. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including venue bookings and technology setup for video conferencing
  3. Plan and organize detailed itineraries for domestic and international travel
  4. Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and COO, including personal errands and tasks
  5. Responsible for ad-hoc projects and driving initiatives to completion
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  7. Foster a positive work environment and culture by bridging communication between the Executives and team members
  8. Work in tandem with the Chief of Staff to organize company-wide events and summits
  9. Establish a regular feedback loop with the Chief of Staff to discuss process efficiency and support needs
