Job Summary:
As an Operations Coordinator at W.W. Williams Company, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and effective collaboration with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling travel arrangements, and processing invoices.
- Provide exceptional support to the management team by preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and manage payment schedules, invoicing, and collection activities.
- Perform general office administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an administrative or operations role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
