As an Accounts Receivable Expert, you will be the driving force behind resolving disputes and negotiating payment from customers. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in influencing customer behavior and driving portfolio effectiveness.

With a deep understanding of risk mitigation tools and HP's order management process, you will be able to identify potential issues early on and develop strategic approaches to resolve them. Your leadership capabilities will shine through as you demonstrate performance that sets an example for your peers.

This role requires a first-level university degree in business or economics, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of collection experience is also essential. You must possess intermediate written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as basic computer skills and prioritization abilities.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and data analysis techniques, including Power Bi and advanced Excel. Programming skills in PowerQuery and Python are a plus but not required.
