**Key Responsibilities**:

• Provide strategic direction by planning, organizing, and controlling labor relations activities and employee services to achieve site objectives.

• Implement and administer policies and procedures consistent with corporate and plant guidelines to ensure consistent and fair administration.

• Assist in the preparation of contract negotiations with the local union, administer the grievance and disciplinary process, and interpret contract language to maintain a consistent, fair, and equitable treatment of employees and competitive stature in the marketplace.

• Coordinate or assist in documentation gathering and represent the company position in labor relations proceedings associated with contract administration and employment practices.

• Assist in the areas of salary and compensation planning and administration.

• Prepare corporate and/or government required reports relating to employment data and employment practices, including foreign employees and related processes.

• Develop initiatives, programs, or projects to strengthen employee retention and engagement through integrated efforts from all functions.

• Coordinate employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, taxi, cleaning, uniforms, company cars, employee IDs, water supplier, among others, to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction within assigned budget.

• Promote the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.

• Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

**Requirements**:

• College degree in administration, business, psychology, or similar.

• English language capability, speaking, reading, and writing required.

• 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Compensation and labor relations knowledge.

• Strong leadership skills to lead the organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.

**Additional Information**:

• Position requires some travel.

• High competencies in terms of adaptability, teamwork, action, and results-oriented.
