Job Title: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures to achieve business goals and strategies.
- Provide HR guidance to the management group in Mexico on labor relations management, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve HR-related issues, ensuring effective and detailed reports and corrective actions.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the HR team, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS.
- Develop and implement talent recruitment and retention strategies to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR KPIs to formulate strategies and present proposals to the VP of Human Resources.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with directors, managers, and employees to resolve problems and suggest improvements.
- Implement HR projects authorized by the VP of Human Resources, promoting a healthy work environment and organizational programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with trade unions to reach contractual agreements and eliminate occupational risks.
- Stay up-to-date with labor and tax changes to ensure compliance with Mexican laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Knowledge: Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, Compensation, Organizational Development, Federal and State Laws of Mexico.
- Experience: 5 years in HR areas, with experience in personnel administration, reporting, and labor relations.
- Language: Advanced English.
- Availability to travel: Yes, with a high level of travel (80%).
