- Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires.

- Deliver accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization.
- Create a company-wide document management system.
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers.
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data.
- Manage the delivery of onboarding and/or offboarding processes.
- Skill in utilizing tools and software that support Human Resources processes.
- Skill in major Human Resources processes such as interviewing, job documentation, and talent development.
- HR principles and procedures in such areas as employee/labor relations compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, employee communications and legal and corporate compliance.
