Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking to elevate your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Consumer Engagement Manager to join our team at The Estêe Lauder Companies.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our regional consumer engagement efforts, focusing on Clinique and Estêe Lauder brands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement across Latin America.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including paid, owned, and earned media campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement engaging content, including social media, influencer partnerships, and events.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions, optimize campaign performance, and measure ROI.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to drive business results.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
