Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Administration, or Economics.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in finance, including controller, business partnering, taxes, treasury, and credit.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Office tools and G-Suite, including spreadsheets, presentations, and databases. Understanding of database construction and exploration.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Soft Skills: Interpersonal Relationship, Effective Communication, Problem Analysis and Resolution, Results Orientation, Strategic Thinking, Adaptability and Flexibility, Analytical Skills, Time Management and Prioritization, Professional Ethics.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Specialization: MBA and/or Master's degree in Finance, Project Management, or Agility.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical or multinational companies.
  • Technical Knowledge: SAC, Tableau, UiPath, or Business Intelligence.
