Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at General Fasteners De México. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with assigned accounts, prospecting and closing new business opportunities, and facilitating the resolution of commercial problems related to price negotiations and other issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive relationship with assigned accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Prospect and close new accounts, negotiating agreements and terms and conditions with management
  • Review inventory reports to stay informed about available products and negotiate sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with clients' engineering and quality departments to facilitate relationships with our technical resources
  • Determine and report on competitive information
  • Timely report of sales calls, itineraries, and expenses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced level of English language
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial market
  • Preferred experience working in the fastener industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and prioritize tasks
  • Basic problem-solving skills and strong technical aptitude
Travel Requirements

Travel is required to cover central territory in Mexico and the United States with occasional overnight trips. A current passport and U.S. visa are required.
