Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
- Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all amenities and linens are replenished
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming
- Assist with laundry and linen duties, including sorting, washing, and folding
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- No prior housekeeping experience required
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
