Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including restrooms, showers, and floors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize public restrooms and showers, including sinks, toilets, and showers
- Dust and polish surfaces in public areas, including furniture and fixtures
- Empty trash and recyclables from public areas and dispose of them properly
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the maintenance team
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
