Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our housekeeping team to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies, and ensure that all rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Transport housekeeping carts and equipment to assigned areas, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve our high standards and ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods, and reach overhead and below the knees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
