Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Flextronics. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize system applications and resources to provide comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs.
  • Interpret customer needs and recognize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
  • Identify situations where customers require further explanation or training and provide effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English to ensure customer comprehension.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs.
  • Coordinate order boards, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, sales, and export processes.
  • Validate SOX controls knowledge, including prices, incoterms, terms of payment, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics area for shipments following shipping instructions requested by the customer.
  • Monitor customer demand, receive purchase orders, and coordinate with material and production control for the manufacture of models requested as a priority by the customer.
  • Participate in CFT, operations, and customer meetings.
Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience with shipping coordination and administration of purchase orders.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excel Advanced.
