Job Overview

The Vice President of Demand Generation will lead our demand generation efforts, driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue for our cyber risk management solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation, a deep understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS community management, and a passion for cyber risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Demand Generation Team
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
    • Lead a high-performing demand generation team to increase pipeline growth, acquire new customers, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Pipeline Targets
    • Own the pipeline targets, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to define growth plans, channel strategies, and analytics to drive new leads and expansion opportunities.
  • Digital Demand Generation
    • Manage digital demand generation channels such as SEM, paid social, webinars, sponsorships, SEO, and integrated campaigns.
  • Field Marketing and Regional Revenue Growth
    • Develop strategies for field marketing and regional revenue growth, collaborating closely with regional sales and partner leadership to ensure targeted and impactful campaigns.
  • Global Events
    • Oversee global events to enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Outbound Marketing and Account-Based Marketing
    • Create an outbound marketing strategy and account-based marketing framework aligned with sales objectives.
  • Partner Marketing
    • Collaborate with the Partner team to develop partner marketing strategies that align with global campaign goals and drive SQL pipeline.
  • Community Engagement
    • Support and collaborate with the FAIR Institute to drive community learning, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Culture and Alignment
    • Foster alignment among marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to drive collective success.

Qualifications

  • Experienced marketing leader with a track record of building and executing multi-channel go-to-market plans.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a Demand Gen team in a hyper-growth company that set the standard in their market category.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and lead generation, and to leverage a community play.
  • Experience in SAAS and cybersecurity/cyber risk management is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
