As an Operations Customer Service Representative at Redwood Logistics LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting our Mexico customers through daily operational duties. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, as well as the ability to think critically and analyze data to set strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate carrier operations to ensure daily capacity and status updates
  • Manage carrier capacity to match customer needs
  • Provide trailer details for traceability and documentation purposes
  • Record ongoing operations in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Communicate with customers, brokers, and consignees to resolve transportation constraints
  • Meet with carriers to explore business opportunities and optimize capacity
  • Analyze KPIs to identify opportunity areas and implement corrective actions
  • Support finance and intercompany teams as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; BS/BA preferred
  • English proficiency at least 80%
  • Progressive experience in an operational role within the transportation/logistics industry
  • Desirable proficiency with Transportation Management Systems
