The SAP CPIT CS CTG Unified Communication Technologies team is responsible for delivering global collaboration and telephony services utilizing Microsoft Teams as a managed service. Key Responsibilities:

As a valued team member, you will:
- Work from an SAP office three days a week, utilizing a flexible work model.
- Identify, address, and resolve intricate issues.
- Analyze and offer professional insights on non-standard items.
- Share best practices and lessons learned to inform future enhancements.
- Assist in monitoring service quality and compiling service reports.
- Communicate complex scenarios in simple terms and provide training to end-users or agents as necessary.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop strategies that meet customer needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in IT operations or service management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- A positive, sociable demeanor, with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with carriers and service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams enterprise and telephony operations.

- Strong teamwork skills, particularly in virtual and international contexts.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams and O365.
