**Job Overview**
The role of Product Director, Digital Payments is to drive the commercialization of Mastercard's carded payment solutions within Latin America's bill pay ecosystem. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives with internal product teams and business owners to ensure alignment with global, regional, and market priorities.
- Develop and execute Mastercard's carded bill pay commercialization strategy to drive adoption of Mastercard solutions and grow share of spend in the bill pay segment.
- Establish and own the Bill pay product sales pipeline, working with market development and account teams across the LAC region to drive adoption of our solutions with customers, channel partners, merchants, and government authorities.
- Lead customer workshops and complementary programs to support sales enablement objectives.
**Requirements**
- Deep experience and knowledge of merchants in the bill pay segment (telecom, insurance, rent, education).
- Market development mindset, with experience identifying and solving customer challenges.
- Experience in roles with ownership of product management and business development objectives.
