The Citi Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is a key professional role that requires a deep understanding of commercial banking products and processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Citi Commercial Bank's value proposition
  • Work closely with senior Relationship Managers to leverage expertise and capabilities of other Citi businesses
  • Drive innovation in solutions to meet client needs and develop new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies and guidelines
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial banking
  • Good understanding and knowledge of commercial banking products and processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of credit skills and Early Warning Detection
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

This role requires nearshoring skills and client prospection, as well as fluency in English.
