Job Summary:
This position performs general administrative responsibilities, including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small-scale projects. The successful candidate will perform general office duties, including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Performs analysis using various software packages and databases to inform business decisions.
- Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts, including customers and business partners.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree or International degree - Preferred.
- 2+ years' office warehouse support experience - Preferred.
- Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
